Anton saved our holidays! Our Samsung washer suddenly stopped draining and with guests on their way for Christmas, we desperately needed to use it. Anton came out the same day and was able to replace the drain pump on the spot for us. He was knowledgeable, efficient and a great price on top of it. AB Appliance repair has been outstanding. They've visited us on two separate occasions, and both times they were timely, professional, and even willing to work after normal business hours when needed. They really know what they're doing and their pricing is very fair. The first time we called them, it was actually as a second opinion after another Appliance Service company couldn't diagnose the issue. AB figured out the problem almost immediately, ordered the necessary part, and had our washing machine up and running shortly after. Most recently, they helped us with our GE fridge, they were willing to come out the same day, but we scheduled for the next day and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend AB! They are knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with. We'll definitely call them again for any future appliance issues.

We had a water leak in our Sub-Zero Refrigerator and called AB to check it out. The service was prompt but what was great was the tech that did the work. His name was David and we've had him before. His service was excellent, very pleasant and very informative. He told us what he felt was wrong (plugged drain line), what he was going to do to fix it and what thecost would be. I called to make an appointment for my Samsung dryer that stopped working and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Alex showed up and right away found the first problem, the belt broke. He gave me an estimate and I requested that he replace the hose for the dryer vent and all together took just over an hour. This was the second time I needed AB to service my appliances. Very satisfied the first time as well as the second time. Alex is super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to appliances. He definitely is my go to when it comes to appliance repair.
